Two Russian airlines reportedly ask to return planes to lessors

Two Russian airlines – S7 and Volga-Dnepr Group-owned AirBridgeCargo (ABC) – have requested permission from the Russian government to return some of their fleet to lessors, according to local reports.

S7 is hoping to return two Boeing 737 Max aircraft after their recertification failed due to fatal crashes.
