FCA proposes listing regime reforms to boost competitiveness

Companies wishing to list in the UK would no longer have to choose between two segments with different standards when listing in the UK, under new reforms set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The proposal is included in a discussion paper that continues the regulator’s work to improve the UK’s listings regime, as the FCA makes the first major set of changes to listings regulations in around 40 years.
