Lloyd’s chairman Bruce Carnegie-Brown has decided to make the Corporation’s 2022 AGM virtual after climate activist disruption last month.

When sending the invitation to the AGM, Lloyd’s informed members there was a potential for further climate activist disruption on the day of the AGM.
