Credit insurance and surety specialist Xenia Broking Group has acquired a majority stake in Hong Kong-based Capstone Insurance Brokers, in a deal that kicks off its international expansion plans.

Through the transaction, Xenia’s ninth acquisition in three years, the group will benefit from Capstone’s specialist expertise in the financial lines and digital asset insurance sectors.
