AUB confirms Tysers talks; parties yet to agree ‘acceptable terms’

Sydney-headquartered AUB Group, in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) today, confirmed it has held talks on the purchase of Tysers but said a deal has not yet been agreed on terms “acceptable to both parties”.
