Axis Capital Holdings has appointed Fintan Mullarkey as CEO of Axis Specialty Europe (ASE).

In his new role, Mullarkey will be responsible for ASE, which covers operations across Ireland, Belgium and the UK, and the legal entity aspects of its branches.
