HGGC-backed intermediary Specialist Risk Group (SRG) is to acquire commercial and motor trade broker Hamilton Leigh.

The deal is SRG’s first acquisition of 2022. HGGC agreed to buy SRG in December 2020 and since then has made several specialist broker acquisitions including KBIS and the Channel Partnership.
