InsurTech Corvus has acquired London underwriting platform Tarian Underwriting Limited from Beat Capital, the company announced.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in London, Tarian is a cyber underwriting platform with a footprint that covers the US, UK, Middle East, Canada and Australia.
