IDF teams up with Start Network to provide risk insight and financing

The Insurance Development Forum (IDF) and Start Network, which represents around 50 humanitarian charities, have created the service Start Ready to help charities better understand natural perils and potentially secure disaster financing.

The platform will be a route for accessing funding for recovery from natural catastrophes such as drought, flooding and heatwaves, based on parametric triggers.
