IQUW confirms acquisition of Agora

IQUW has confirmed its acquisition of Agora Holdings following an announcement last week that it was set to close a deal in the coming days.

The acquisition will see Agora’s property D&F and reinsurance business become part of IQUW’s portfolio, with the respective teams combining.
