IQUW to acquire Agora and combine property teams

IQUW has announced its intention to acquire Agora Holdings for an undisclosed sum in a deal expected to complete in the coming days.

Agora Holdings is responsible for providing underwriting services to Lloyd’s Syndicate 3268.

The deal would see Agora’s property insurance and reinsurance businesses form part of IQUW’s portfolio and the respective teams combining.
