Specialty broker and consultant NFP has announced its acquisition of UK intermediary KGJ Insurance Services Group, in a deal to add depth to its P&C offering and expand in Britain’s Midlands region.

Up until the acquisition, KGJ was a private, family-owned commercial broker. It has specialist expertise in fields including combined risks for complex and non-standard programmes.
