Start-up specialty insurer Inigo is promoting Alice Kaye to chief operating officer, replacing Karen Graves, this publication has learned.

Graves, a former Scor executive, will stay at the company until December 2021 to ensure a smooth transition, according to an internal memo reviewed by this publication.
