‘We want diversity data collection to improve’ – FCA, PRA launch discussion paper

Both financial services regulators in the UK have warned firms they expect data collection on diversity and inclusion to improve, in a discussion paper setting out their intention to embed the two issues into regulation.

In a joint paper, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) said they wanted to improve their understanding of the state of diversity and inclusion in the industry by collecting data.
