Paragon International co-CEO James Kalbassi has been appointed to parent company PSC Insurance Group’s board as an executive director.

Australian group PSC has also appointed Joanne Dawson as a non-executive director.

Kalbassi was a founding partner of Paragon in 1996 and has been in post as a co-CEO with Tara Falk since then.
