Elseco has appointed ex-PartnerRe underwriter Philippe Vivares for a senior management role with a remit to grow and develop the business’s energy underwriting offering.

Vivares will work at the MGA’s Dubai office, building on and developing the energy portfolio and working on innovative insurance opportunities.
