A group of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) members are calling for an independent review of the body’s strategic manifesto, with one regional members’ representative lambasting the body’s leadership for “failing miserably” and “following a path to self-destruction".

A letter, seen by Insurance Insider, to the CII’s independent chair Helen Phillips details the range of concerns some members have with the body’s overall strategy and direction.
