Start-up D&O MGA Rising Edge has officially launched with backing from Vantage Risk, and announced a string of hires.

The MGA – led by former Axa XL executives Philippe Gouraud and Yoel Brightman – said it was launching ahead of schedule, with A-rated capacity from Vantage and licences from R&Q’s Accredited Insurance (Europe).
