HGGC-backed intermediary Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has appointed former JLT strategy adviser William Nabarro as chairman and installed two non-executive directors.

The broker, which so far this year has completed six acquisitions, also appointed to the board former Baker McKenzie chief strategy officer Julia Hayhoe and Vicky Kubitscheck, whose career includes regulatory roles at Aegon and Axa.
