MGA Resolution Underwriting and legacy specialist Ashbrooke Group have completed the purchase of sports insurance MGAs Sportscover Europe and Active Underwriting Specialists following the receipt of regulatory approval.

The two brands make up the European operations of Sportscover Australia Group and provide a variety of sport-related cover, including leisure and contingency insurance.
