Guy Carpenter has promoted Christophe Gaudron to CEO of its French business, replacing Philippe Renault as part of a succession plan.

Gaudron moves to the position from the beginning of 2022 from his current role as deputy CEO, while Renault will remain chairman of Guy Carpenter Europe, the broker said.
