Axis Re has hired former Axa XL underwriter Lisa Hiscock as a senior Lloyd’s casualty underwriter on its global markets team, effective immediately.

She will write Lloyd’s casualty treaty business, maintaining existing partnerships as well as exploring new growth opportunities. Hiscock will remain based in Australia for the time being and will move to the UK later this year.
