FCA orders APG parent to pay client compensation of £399k

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has ordered the owners of Lloyd’s broking firm Alsford Page and Gems (APG) to pay £399,902 in client compensation following a Section 166 review.

This publication revealed in July 2018 the investigation into the boutique brokerage, which has since been folded into sister firm Carrolls by Australian private equity backers PSC.
