Financial Ombudsman Service appoints FCA’s Delfas as interim chief executive

The Financial Ombudsman Service has hired former FCA executive Nausicaa Delfas as its interim chief executive and chief ombudsman to succeed Caroline Wayman, who steps down after seven years.

Delfas will take up the role on 17 May, and the Financial Ombudsman Service will continue to recruit for a permanent chief executive and chief ombudsman while she is in the role.
