FCA gives carriers until end of year to implement ‘price walking’ reforms

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has given carriers until the end of the year to implement new rules that clamp down on “price walking” in the home and auto segments.

The regulator, which is set to finalise the reforms at the end of May, had previously given carriers four months from that time to change their practices.
