Howden has acquired superyacht broker Sturge Taylor & Associates (STA Group) for an undisclosed sum.

The broker will become part of Howden and operate under the new trading name Howden Sturge.

STA Group has been in operation for over 50 years and has 30 employees spread across offices in London, Southampton and Antibes.
