NexAssure, the Kuala Lumpur-based extended warranty specialist led by former Whittington CEO Tony Hobrow, has signed a capacity deal with Hannover Re (Malaysia) to launch a managing general agency (MGA) in Hong Kong, subject to regulatory approval.
