PIB enters reinsurance arena with Marx purchase

PIB Group has acquired Munich-based Marx Re-Insurance Brokers from its founding shareholder, in its first foray into reinsurance business.  

Marx was founded in 2009 and handles (re)insurance business for a global client base.
