Xchanging appoints new chairman

UK outsourcing firm Xchanging has appointed Geoff Unwin as chairman to replace Nigel Rich from 2012.

Unwin was CEO of management and IT consulting firm Capgemini from 2000-2002 and since then has held a number of chairman roles.
