Arch completes Gulf Re restructure

Arch Re announced yesterday (18 May) that it had successfully completed its acquisition of 100 percent of Gulf Re, the Dubai-based specialty reinsurer it founded in a 50/50 joint venture with the Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC) in 2008.
