Spanish composite insurer Mutua Madrileña has agreed to acquire a 40 percent stake in Empresas Juan Yarur's Chilean insurance operations BCI Seguros Generales, BCI Seguros Vida and Zenit Seguros, for around EUR209mn ($222mn).
