Carlyle-backed PIB Group has combined two of its subsidiaries, PIB Insurance Brokers and Lorica Insurance Brokers. 

PIB Group acquired Lorica in March this year, after which it bought Wilby, Wheatley Wright Insurance Services and Albany Childcare.
