UK tribunal cracks down on solicitors for non-payment of ARP premiums

The UK Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal has placed sanctions on 15 British solicitors for failing to pay insurance premiums to the Assigned Risks Pool (ARP), while 15 more are awaiting hearings.
