WR Berkley estimates $40mn-$50mn of Sandy losses

WR Berkley has disclosed net pre-tax losses of $40mn-$50mn from Superstorm Sandy.

Meyer Shields of Stifel Nicolaus said that the loss was lower than the $90mn that he had previously forecast.
