Fairfax Financial subsidiary RiverStone Insurance (UK) has pipped Bermudian rival Enstar to win the bidding war for Zurich Insurance Group's Eagle Star run-off portfolio, the Switzerland-headquartered global insurer announced yesterday (27 December).
