Expansive Nexus acquires Capital Risks MGA

 MGA Nexus announced that it would acquire Capital Risks MGA, hours after its broking group, Xenia, disclosed its first acquisition.  

The warranty and indemnity MGA will be renamed Nexus Transactional Risks.
