HMRC calls for evidence in insurance premium tax review

The UK government has begun its review of the insurance premium tax (IPT) with a call for evidence. 

Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond announced the review in March’s spring statement, and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) yesterday called for evidence.
