Tysers secures minority stake in Bermudian MGA Helix

Tysers has bought a minority stake in Bermudian start-up Helix Underwriting Partners.  

The deal is the result of talks with the the MGA during the latter half of 2019, with Tysers concluding an investment would fit with its strategic objectives.
