High Court blocks Chubb from Brazil legal action on shipping case

The High Court of England and Wales has granted an anti-suit injunction to prevent Chubb pursuing legal action against Japanese shipper Daiichi over damage to a cargo of iron ore aboard the Southern Explorer in 2014.
