QBE is to open a branch office in the Netherlands as it continues to implement its European expansion plans.

The carrier aims to begin writing business at the branch incepting from January 2023, subject to regulatory approval.

QBE will offer commercial liability, financial lines and property coverage through the office for mid-market to large corporates.
