SSL Endeavour has appointed former JLT Re CEO Mike Reynolds as CEO while incumbent David Lawrence becomes deputy chairman.

Reynolds was at JLT for six years, initially joining as JLT Group finance director in 2012 before taking on the role of JLT Re CEO in 2014.
