Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is to launch a cyber reinsurance offering led by former Beazley underwriter Cesar Silvestre.

Head of cyber reinsurance solutions Silvestre will begin immediately and report to head of cyber and enterprise risk Laila Khudairi.
