Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI) has appointed Rebecca Eagles as senior underwriter for marine cargo.

Reporting to Richard Golder, head of marine cargo, Eagles will be responsible for driving marine-underwriting projects and supporting the growth of TMHCCI’s cargo business.
