Aon has signed a deal with BlackFin Capital Partners for the private equity firm to acquire its personal lines business in the Netherlands.

As part of the agreement, BlackFin Capital will acquire Aon’s insurance brokerage, Affinity, plus MGAs based in the Netherlands.
