Senior product recall underwriters Shaun Russ and Ian Davidson have resigned from Axa XL to join Tokio Marine HCC, this publication understands.

Prior to joining Axa XL in 2019, Russ worked as an underwriter for Chubb since 2015.

Davidson moved to Axa XL in 2014, having previously held director roles at Aon Risk Solutions for 12 years.
