Guy Carpenter property cat RoL index up 5.4% at 1.1

Guy Carpenter’s rate-on-line (RoL) index for global property catastrophe pricing shows that rates were up by 5.4% year-on-year as of 1 January.

The broker said that notable regional calculations within the index include a 5.25% increase in the US RoL and a 7.60%
