Japanese regulator penalises Big Three for price-fixing: report

Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) has issued business-improvement orders for Tokio Marine, MS&AD and Sompo for price-fixing, according to a Bloomberg report.

The watchdog began investigating the trio in the summer, following allegations that they had colluded to coordinate prices on policies sold to railway operator Tokyu.
