QBE Re has hired Andrew Guarnori and promoted Ashish Ahluwalia into newly created roles in measuring and overseeing underwriting.

The creation of the two roles completes a change in senior leadership structure, in which Mark Jackaman was appointed general manager for London earlier this year.
