Howden has acquired broker VLC & Partners to scale up its existing operations in the Dutch market, the broker announced.

VLC & Partners is currently under the ownership of Dutch insurer, De Goudse NV, and management.

After the acquisition, VLC managing director Lando te Molder will head Howden Netherlands as CEO.
