Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has received a cash insurance settlement of $118mn with respect to aircraft previously on lease to Aeroflot.

DAE said the transaction related to seven aircraft and associated engines and represented a settlement of DAE’s (re)insurance claims against Aeroflot.
